The manufacturers of Renewable Fuels joined forces for their REACH compliance activities. They launched the Renewable Fuels REACH Consortium in October 2013.  It has subsequently successfully registered a number of novel fuels made from co-processing renewable or recyclable sources using refinery type processes.



The RFC Consortium is run by a Steering Technical Committee. Penman Consulting provides overall management and technical services.   

The RFC Consortium is open to manufacturers/importers and Only Representatives -- as defined in the REACH Regulation -- of the substance on its own, in preparations or in articles, and that are subject to the registration requirements, pursuant to the REACH Regulation, or Affiliates thereof.
